This pencil is made with precision and ease of blending in mind, these color pencils are the perfect tool for creating a variety of lines. Use them to draw dots, smudges, and more to create a unique piece of art! First on a clean washed face I applied primer and all my other makeup expect mascara. I Lined my top lash line from the center of my eyelid to the outer corner. Complete the line, starting from the inner corner and meeting at the center. Then mascara. I was inside the entire day I tried this product out and I would wear it again with no compliments.
