Go through this list before you leave your pet in someone's care. You will relax and enjoy your time.


1: Create a list of important information concerning your pet.

   -  veterinarian office number and address

  -   microchip #, registry contact #


2: Additional emergency contacts (family and friends)

3: Enough food and treats for duration. You'll be away, as well directions to mealtime routine, portion size time of day, any special treat instructions between meals. Allergies to foods and foods that are not allowed (people's food)
